A Decade Building Self-Worth

More than ten years ago, I founded Enrichly after seeing how many children carried quiet wounds into the classroom. My work focused on building tools that measure and strengthen self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Those programs have reached thousands of students and shown that when a child believes in their worth, attendance improves, discipline problems decline, and academic performance has room to grow.
